After years of producing commodity beef, we started searching for a better way of marketing our cattle . Our research led us to the Wagyu breed. We were impressed with the qualities of the meat and the ease of the cattle. We found the meat to be the best tasting and most tender we had ever eaten. After finding out about how good the meat really is for you, we were sold, and decided this is the breed we want to raise. After three years we harvested our first calf and was delighted with the quality of the meat. We sell our Wagyu through local farmers markets and by direct sales. We have received great reviews from our customers and have now established a regular customer base, however, we continue to search for other ways to market our great Wagyu meats.
We found the Wagyu breed to be very gentle and easy to handle. They like people and will now eat out of our
hands. We are thankful we decided to go with this breed.
